Really very rude and unpolite service. I cannot how the manager on 16th May 2022 at 5 pm can be in customer service as he knows nothing about service quality. Absolutely not recommend! The nearby place EXKI was 100% better! They know at EXKI that customers pay each employees salary. I would fire off such amateur manager. He never should be at customer service. As the business lounge does not exist in the terminal 2F, we got both 40€ vouchure, altogether 80€. Your manager did not accept the vouchure and told also us that alcohol cannot be bought at all with the voucher. We left all our 80€ products at your manager and moved to the beside place EXKI, where everything was possible and they got 80€ purchase and they did know the customeroriented company works. Naked will be banned for ever and also told everybody to avoid such bad place!
